It's Monday night! Which means, if you made it this far, you survived Monday. Yay! For me, today wasn't quite so eventful, but I did do some workouts that have left my legs feeling like jell-o even hours later. So I'd say that's pretty good! I don't know what sorts of heinous Monday business you have had to face today, but to reward yourself for surviving, you should totally make these. They are like... perfect. And they only use four ingredients! So, yeah. Make that totally perfect. Oh, and did I mention that one of those ingredients is a big ol' cup full to the brim of pure Nutella? Awww yeah. Pure, anti-Monday bliss.
I found these Nutella cup(cakes) while exploring Pinterest, and like many other things that I've found on there, I cannot believe I had never seen them before. Why did nobody tell us we could make brownies with pure Nutella and not much else?! Seriously. They must be the same people who came up with diet coke brownies and pumpkin brownies. Those jerks! Next thing you know, we'll be able to make brownies with anything. Back to these brownies though... they are absolutely amazing. They are soft and fudgy in the center, and the tops are perfectly chewy-crispy. Yuuuum. And the Nutella flavor is absolutely perfect and delicious without being overpowering. If you have Nutella in your pantry, I bet you have everything else needed to make them. They take a second to mix up, and only 20 minutes in the oven. I'm sure you can squeeze these in before bedtime.
Chewy Nutella Brownies
Recipe from Instructables
Yields: 9 cupcakes
1 cup Nutella
2 eggs
10 tablespoon white flour
chopped hazelnuts for topping (optional)
Preheat the oven to 350F. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the hazelnuts. Scoop batter into a lined muffin pan, and top with hazelnuts. {P.S. I'm sure if you wanted to, you could pour this into a baking dish and just make one big brownie!} Bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean, with a few moist crumbs. Let cool slightly and enjoy!
