Everyone knows that pretty food just tastes better! This Rainbow Green Smoothie Bowl is packed with tons of fruits and veggies and topped with pretty rows of kiwi slices and berries.
Hello, readers! I am so excited to be posting a tutorial on how to make your own gorgeous Green Smoothie Bowl today, as well as sharing a product that is near and dear to my heart. I'm talking about Cetaphil® Moisturizing Cream! Now, I know, it seems a bit random, but this has been a staple in my beauty routine for the past several years. When the opportunity arose to share such a great product with y'all, I had to take it! I'll show you how Cetaphil® is a part of my healthy morning routine. Let's go!
I don't often talk about skincare here on the blog, but the truth is that I have super sensitive, dry, eczema-prone skin, and it's basically a nightmare. SIGH. The worst part is that I wasn't even born with it, it just showed up one day when I was in college, and it never left. Trying to manage the disobedient child that is my skin has been an adventure for sure. Most face and body creams and products are okay for 1-2 applications. Cetaphil has been a godsend because I've been using it every morning and night for the past 2+ years with NO adverse effects. And I can even use it on my face without worrying about breakouts. #blessed, y'all!
To stock up on Cetaphil® Moisturizing Cream, I head to Target! They have tons of Cetaphil® products, including cleansers and night creams that are perfect for sensitive skin. I often find some products in the normal skincare aisle, as well as some in the special aisle endcap. Visit the Social Hub for more Cetaphil® inspiration!
Now, let's go back to the kitchen! I feel like Cetaphil® helps keep my skin healthy and hydrated from the outside, but we all know a balanced diet full of fruits and veggies plays a big part too.
I decided to whip up a big green smoothie full of seasonal goodness, and top it with more fruit for a beautiful breakfast. On a normal weekday, I usually just throw this in a cup and I'm on my way, but I love treating myself with a pretty smoothie bowl when I have the time! To start, I just grab some spinach, berries, banana, and cucumber, and throw them in my blender with some cashew milk and peanut butter. I'll admit that I love kiwi as a garnish but I think it's a little too overpowering to throw into my smoothie. But you can add or subtract whatever green goodies you prefer!
Blank slate... where do we start? Maybe with those aforementioned kiwi slices. 🙂
Let's add a trail of raspberries, and a little river of blueberries next to it.
Some pretty halved strawberries seal the deal. 🙂 And that's really all there is to it! Sometimes, I also add chia seeds or hemp hearts for extra texture and omega-3's. Can't go wrong with an extra sprinkle of superfoods!
I hope you enjoyed my fun little rainbow green smoothie bowl tutorial! Honestly, the sky's the limit when it comes to topping a smoothie bowl. You'd be surprised at how beautiful simple sliced fruit can look. And we all know healthy food just tastes better when it's pretty. As a fun bonus {because I just love y'all so much}, I even made a fun gif of my smoothie bowl creation. I can't wait to see yours!
You can learn more about Cetaphil® on Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram. Happy creating!

For eczema, NOTHING I've found comes even close to CeraVe cream (or lotion). Thanks for the recipes!

Thank you for your comment, Amy!! 🙂 I do like both Cetaphil and CeraVe, my only stipulation is that it has to be the cream, especially during these dry winter months! The lotion lasts me about 5 minutes before I need to apply again ? the struggle is too real!
