Okay, so surely my family isn't the only one who's obsessed with the Red Lobster biscuits. I mean, yeah, we like seafood and we go to the restaurant mostly for the real food, but we all know the best part is the biscuits. Cheesy, light, fluffy, garlicky biscuits that basically melt in your mouth. Yep, we'll have 6 baskets, please and thank you. Okay, I'm kidding, we've never gone through 6 baskets... but 4 is probably pretty accurate. But, I digress. Today, I'm showing you how to make these scrumptious little bites at home! They only take like 30 minutes start to finish, and they taste pretty much exactly like the real thing. Let's get to work!
These little babies are seriously the easiest thing ever, and you need just a few single ingredients, most of which I bet you already have in your house. Flour, butter, milk, garlic powder, cheese... all pretty basic. But combine them and you get something totally magical! These biscuits are honestly so close to the real thing, and I don't know what happens in that mixing bowl, but somehow those simple ingredients create the lightest, fluffiest bites of heaven!
It seems pretty funny to me that just a week after posting a biscuit recipe, I'm already posting another! I think the last time I posted about biscuits, it was literally 4 years ago and they were part of a shortcake recipe... so those may or may not count 😉 but I digress. My family does like biscuits, but they tend to go for the canned ones and we really don't make them from scratch very often! Honestly, after making these and seeing how easy they are, I'm thinking I'll want to make them all the time.
