Today's the day! I'm so excited to finally be sharing all the pictures and details from this wedding I baked for a few weeks ago. After showing you how to make your own lace cupcake wrappers and how to make perfectly portioned amounts of wedding cupcakes, I am thrilled to be sharing everything together in an actual post! I had a couple of sneak-peeks through Instagram and Facebook, but this is the real deal. Not much to talk about and no recipes { just go to the Wedding Cake Tasting post for the recipes I used! }, but lots and lots of beautiful pics. Enjoy!
On left: Wedding cake covered in Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream and white fondant. Bottom tier and top tier are dark chocolate filled with chocolate ganache. Middle tier is vanilla filled with chocolate ganache. Flowers, pearls, and ribbon on cake are from Hobby Lobby. Cake stand from HomeGoods/TJ Maxx.
On right: Vanilla cupcakes, chocolate cupcakes, and lemon cupcakes, along with mini cheesecakes. Lace cupcake wrappers are homemade {tutorial HERE}, all round cake stands from HomeGoods/TJ Maxx, square stands are the bride's.
On left: Champagne bottles with custom labels. The ink melted a little because of the ice but I thought this idea was genius! It had the couple's engagement pictures, names, and date of the wedding. So cute.
On right: More cake! Also, because I know you're curious, HERE is the inspiration pic for the cake.
Adorable homemade sign and decorations for the ceremony seating.
Precious rustic Mr. & Mrs. signs for the bride and groom chairs!
On left: Cupcakes with lace wrappers and homemade toppers {just brown paper, sharpie, and a toothpick attached with hot glue}.
On right: Gorgeous centerpieces and a sneak-peek of the table settings. As far as I know, all florals were purchased at Hobby Lobby.
More of the venue and dinner tables.
The bride and her bridesmaids! Had to share this because A, I love the sass. And B, I was obsessed with their dresses! Love the color, love the cut, everything. I adore that it's flattering on all the girls and they all have different body types.
Bridal party cowgirl boots! So precious and totally Texas.
Cheesecake cups! Oreo, Reese's, and Strawberry {recipes HERE}. Reese's was the bride's favorite. 🙂
Bride and groom during and after vows. Swoooon. This is precious. I also loved that their ceremony was on Lake Granbury, the pictures turned out amazing! Blessings and best of luck to this gorgeous couple!
